Rose from Random Creative recently shared an awesome magazine feature she was in. I'm so proud of her! Her work is gorgeous so of course it would be in a magazine. Not only is she awesome for being featured, but she did a great job sharing it on her blog. If you want to score these famous earrings, they can be found in her etsy shop here.

The next success I'd like to celebrate is somewhat unconventional, but I love seeing people with the confidence to make their own choices in life. Nancy from One Loopy Knitter just wrote that she has decided to cut back on a lot of social media. I just think this is awesome. I often struggle with all the business advice flying around; I feel like I have to do everything that is suggested. Seeing Nancy have the courage to say no to these kind of pressures and do what is right for her is awesome. It teaches us all to find the right path for our own lives.

Finally, in order to practice what I preach, I'll share one of my own recent accomplishments. I recently participated in an awesome art show that really pushed me out of my comfort zone. Despite being pregnant and with a broken ankle, I pushed through and worked really hard to make this show happen. This included designing a new display and finishing up some new items that I wanted to display. I was exhausted by the end but very proud.

Alright. What awesome things have you done this week? I want specifics!!!

The first point really resonated with me. It's seriously difficult for me to toot my own horn... I think it stems from my shyness. At this age, you'd think I'd be a little looser (and louder!)!
Congrats to all three of you ladies! I'm so proud of so many of our team members!!!
My most recent success came when Jesse's aunt sent me a text that she saw a lady wearing one of my pendants!!!
Thanks for the shout out! This team rocks with so many amazing accomplishments.
What great achievements by this team! Congratulations to you on your show too!
What a great post Jenny! Thanks for the mention too:) Our team is full of such courage!
wonderful post!
I love all the accomplishments of which you speak here.
It's very hard to positively promote oneself. I did learn to be better at it in person, but have not done so online.
"Tooting one's own horn" is not necessarily bragging nor bragging unjustifiably. It's helping a potential customer by pointing out the value and usefulness of a product. I learned this quite well when I had a store. Customers would actually be quite grateful for the help.
This is a great post and I need to be better at this! Thanks!
