Worktable Wednesday- Abstract Painting.

Worktable Wednesday features something new happening with the BBA members or something of interest we spy online.

Today I'm featuring Kaili of Kaw! Studios.  Kaili has been taking Alisa Burke's online class The Art of Abstraction.  If you are unfamiliar with Alisa Burke's blog, go check it out.  She's a pretty inspirational artist; after just having a baby, you can catch glimpses of her wearing her baby around her studio as she paints each day.

Tuesday Treasuries

Treasuries on etsy are gallery collections of items for sale grouped under a theme chosen by the curator.  This is a fun way to showcase the talents and work of creative shop owners.

Blogging Business Artisans requires its members to curate one treasury per month.  Each week we will feature one of the past week's treasuries here on our team blog.

What a creative team treasury this is!   Salt & Pepper was curated by Heather of i Heart Felt!  It's all black and white with just a touch of red.

Look at this wonderful antique brass  necklace-Keys to My Heart!  It was made by Stacy of Keytiques.  Stacy's original handmade jewelry designs are created by using a mix of old and new items.  Be sure to visit her shop to find something special!

These super cute doggy stitch markers are made by Teresa of Lilee's Gram Knits and Spins and Dyes and....  In her shop you will find not only wonderful stitch markers and other knitting accessories, but a large selection of knitting and crochet yarn, some hand dyed, some recycled.  Teresa offers hand knit items as well.  She even has drop spindles!

Monday Member Mini -- Memories for Life Scrapbooks

Edi of Memories for Life Scrapbooks is our featured artist for today's Monday Member Mini!

Edi's shop is full of fabulous laser cut and laser engraved items -- her photo and memory albums are so unique with their laser cut words and personalized names. The pages are decorated with scrapbook embellishments with plenty of room left for your photos!

If you're looking for engraved wood or etched glass items, this shop is the place to go! From glasses to wooden guest books, frames and wine bottle stoppers, you're sure to find what you need! Of course, everything can be personalized! Edi recently introduced one of her most unique wooden creations -- engraved wedding or birthday invitations -- definitely a keepsake item!

I found a few of Edi's other interests in her blogger profile -- snowmobiling, eating out, and mud dragging... I'm not sure what mud dragging is, but Edi surely gives it her all, just like she does with her creations!
